How I Can Support You?
I am a qualified Integrative Counsellor with over three years’ experience supporting adults, children, and families. I provide a safe, compassionate, and non-judgemental space where you can explore whatever feels difficult, overwhelming, or stuck in your life.
My approach focuses on understanding the root causes of challenges, often shaped by early experiences and relationships. Together, we gently build insight and self-awareness, helping you make meaningful and lasting changes at a pace that feels right for you.
Counselling and Coaching Options
In addition to counselling, I am trained as a Health and Wellbeing Coach. Coaching can be offered as an optional addition for those who want a more structured, goal-focused approach after therapeutic work.
I currently work within the NHS supporting adults with confidence, self-esteem, weight management, and long-term health conditions.
